Blueprint Building Showcase Highlights

What was once the historic Miller Blueprint Building located off West 6th Street is now home to SKYBOX on 6th, Bull and Bowl & Mayfair – three different venues that operate independently and each host their own unique offerings. Last month, these entities came together to showcase how they can seamlessly merge into a singular, spectacular building takeover event. Whilst celebrating creative collaborations and meaningful connections, event industry professionals had the opportunity to re-discover The Blueprint Building.

Here are some of the highlights at SKYBOX from our Blueprint Building Showcase:

Drink Printing Machine

Provided by Peak Beverages, their drink printing machine was a super fun way to elevate beverages and offer guests a unique cocktail experience. After selecting and customizing the design, the foam-topped drinks became the canvas for the highly detailed art. It was a one-of-a-kind experience that was a huge hit and left a lasting impression on attendees.

Unique Performance Art

Some of the most exciting happenings of the night came from Austin Samba and Devin Dances, who each offered their unique performance art and awed the crowd. Devin Alfather, who is a transnational fusion dancer and belly dancer, gave her performance at SKYBOX and walked the floor with her captivating dances. Following Devin, Austin Samba brought the spirit of Brazil to SKYBOX. Their exciting and lively dances compelled the guests and had everyone smiling and dancing along with them. 

DIY Flower Bar

A DIY flower bar is the perfect interactive experience and makes for fun party favors guests can take home. Offered by Hello Flower Bar, their customizable flower bar is a special experience that allows guests to get creative and express their personal style through floral arrangements. With various different types of flowers to choose from, guests had the opportunity to create their own mini-bouquet with guidance from a professional florist.

LED Screen

The 24-foot LED screen covered the entire length of the stage at SKYBOX and was a popular talking point during the event. Provided by Austin Event Lighting, the screen provided us the opportunity to shout out our amazing vendor partners combined with a “wow” factor that kept attendees captivated throughout the night with its bright and vivid imaging. Pop and Drop provided the perfect shimmer wall/balloon install to frame the screen according to the event’s theme with a little extra flair. The stage was then set for DJ Miles of Texas Pro DJ to bring the energy and music, completing this multi-media highlight experience.
